Amazon Wholesale
From brand and distributor research to account applications, catalog analysis, and purchasing coordination, we support the work behind your Amazon wholesale business.
Build your wholesale business on stronger sourcing relationships.
A supplier account is only the beginning. You also need products that fit your budget, clear purchasing terms, and a practical plan for selling them. Bellmont Enterprises connects supplier research with product-level analysis so your sourcing decisions are supported by more than a price list. We work with new and existing US-market resellers to develop a sourcing pipeline and move approved opportunities toward resale.
The work behind Wholesale
Each part of the scope is listed in plain words, so you know what we handle before work starts.
Brand and distributor research
Identify brands, distributors, and wholesale suppliers aligned with your categories, budget, and business model. Review available business information, product ranges, application requirements, and stated Amazon resale policies before prioritizing outreach.
Outreach, calls, and follow-up
Contact suitable prospects by email and phone, introduce your business, request wholesale information, and track responses. Follow up on account requirements, pricing, minimum orders, and whether Amazon resale is permitted.
Wholesale account applications
Prepare and coordinate supplier applications using the business documents you provide. Track submitted applications, missing information, and supplier responses, keeping the account in your business's name.
Brand authorization and selling-approval support
Request reseller authorization or permission to sell on Amazon where available. Help organize the genuine invoices and supporting information required for applicable Amazon selling applications. Supplier acceptance and Amazon approval are separate; neither is guaranteed.
Supplier catalog and product research
Analyze supplier spreadsheets and match products to the correct Amazon listings, including pack sizes and variations. Review available demand indicators, price history, competition, Amazon's presence, selling restrictions, and estimated fees before shortlisting products.
Profitability and purchase planning
Estimate landed cost, potential margin, and return on investment using the purchase price, Amazon fees, shipping, and prep assumptions. Recommend quantities against your budget and risk tolerance, with lower-price scenarios to show how changing prices affect the opportunity.
Purchasing and resale coordination
After you approve the products, quantities, and spend, coordinate purchase orders and supplier communication. Support the handoff to your prep or fulfillment partner and the setup of eligible Amazon offers. Inventory remains client-funded and owned by your business.
Reorder and supplier follow-up
Within the agreed ongoing scope, review sales, remaining stock, supplier availability, and price changes to identify potential reorders or products that need to be reconsidered.

Questions about Wholesale
Straight answers about scope, approvals and what is not included.
Ask in a free consultationYes. The agreed outreach scope can include prospect research, introductory emails, calls, follow-ups, and wholesale account application coordination.
No. A supplier may accept your business while restricting Amazon resale. Amazon may also require a separate selling application. We review both requirements and help coordinate the relevant requests.
We can coordinate purchasing on your behalf after your written approval of the products, quantities, and spend. You fund the inventory and retain ownership; Bellmont does not automatically finance purchases.
We compare the correct product and pack size with the Amazon listing, then consider demand indicators, competition, price history, eligibility, and estimated costs. A positive estimate is a decision aid, not a guaranteed future result.
